Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Anabella started playing in the kitchen at a very young age, she was 8 when she opened her first cookie and lemonade stand. She moved to NYC to pursue her career in advertising, but the cooking "bug" was still alive. While working she enrolled at ICE - Institute of Culinary Education, and graduated with honors. Anabella spent time in the kitchen at Butter and Perilla in NYC, and cooking for events with Olivier Cheng.
For me, the adventure of a great meal goes beyond flavor. It’s about a careful composition of an entire experience: everything from the food itself, to the ideal wine pairings, how the dishes will be plated, and ultimately presented to you.
